Dear Monorails & Mickey Tales: Is there a particularly yummy vegetarian quick service meal at Disney? My husband doesn't eat meat (but he does eat cheese and eggs). I'm scared he won't find anything he likes!

I basically fall over myself to get the Fried Green Tomato Sandwich from Rosie’s All-American Café at Hollywood Studios. It has fried green tomatoes, arugula, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeño ranch dressing on ciabatta bread served with coleslaw or fries.

At Epcot most of the World Showcase countries have at least a vegetarian snack (France has a tres yummy Quiche Florentine), but I really like the Vegan Korma with Gardein Meatless Chik'n from Sunshine Seasons in Future World.

The Lighthouse Sandwich at Columbia Harbor House in the Magic Kingdom is also delish. It has hummus, tomato, and broccoli slaw on multigrain bread and comes with house-made potato chips.

In a pinch, you can get a couple of kid-sized mac and cheese dishes almost anywhere. They're pretty filling!
